Cheshire Table Tennis Team

The Turfhall Cheshire Home, launched the first Cheshire Table Tennis Team on 3 August 2018, Coached by Mervin Philander and Rosabelle Riese.  The Nussbaum Foundation sponsored our equipment, gear and coaching.

Players Graham George, Clint Davids, Kuhle, Mariaan and Berenice were our first Residents to participate. Ethel Tladi is the Co-ordinator, ensuring our Players practice at Home and attends all the practice & match sessions.

The Team soon progressed with regular practices at Belhar Sport Centre and the Astra School. The Team joined Club Stephanian and are now in a position to compete Nationally.

The Cape Town Table Tennis Club (CTTT), previously Western Province Table Tennis,  elected Graham George and Clint Davids to participate in the Para Delegation to SATTB National Table Tennis Championships 7-11 August 2019, in Bloemfontein. We wish them well on their journey and will post results on their return.
